Physical Bootcamp, Pitch and Demo Day

AASAP is a cohort-based programme designed to rapidly support early-stage, growth-driven companies — blending mentorship, access to finance and investment, and market and networking opportunities. After three months of virtual training starting in October 2025, participants will converge in Kigali, Rwanda from the 11th to 13th of February 2026 for a bootcamp session, pitch, and demo day.

Country / National Pitch Competition

Ahead of the Africa Startup Congress (ASC27), National Pitch Competitions will run across the continent from March to November 2026. The best startup from each country — across sectors including technology, energy, agribusiness, and the creative industries — will be selected to compete at the Continental Pitch during ASC27 in Kigali, Rwanda.

ASC is Africa’s premier startup gathering, hosting some 2,000 delegates across Africa and beyond — a marketplace for governments, development stakeholders, banks and financial institutions, investors, captains of industry, and entrepreneurs. With a key focus on empowering innovators and accelerating job creation, the Congress aims to launch two major outcomes: the Africa Startup Act (ASA) and the Africa Startup Innovation Fund (ASIF).
